What is a grateful journal?

A Gratful journal is simply noticing things you are grateful for each day and writing them down. There are no rules as to how or where. It could be five quick points on the calendar in the kitchen or a detailed designated diary. And everything counts from big things like ” happy wacky kids” which is my photo today, to the flowers that made you smile or having your favourite sandwich for lunch. Just go with what feels happy and easy for you.
